If we have God's peace we will feel calm and quiet inside.
We won't get angry and scream and yell at others when we don't get our way.
We will share our toys with others.
When there is peace people are HAPPY
When we LOVE OTHERS we want them to be happy too.
God tells us if we LOVE HIM we will keep HIS COMMANDMENTS
(John 14:15)
God tells us that the work of righteousness will bring about peace.
(Isa. 32:17)
All God's commandments are righteousness.
(Psa. 119:172)
God tells us that we will have peace if we love HIS LAW.
(Psa. 119:165)
When we're feeling angry or upset it helps to stop what we're doing and ask God to give us a peaceful spirit.
Sometimes we don't feel as peaceful as we'd like.
When that happens it sometimes helps to have a quiet time.
Maybe we'd like to draw or color a picture.
Sometimes it helps us feel more peaceful to read a good book. 
Sometimes we feel better if we burn off some energy.
Soothing music can help us feel more peaceful too.
