You answer the phone when it rings.
The man on the line asks if your father or mother is home.
How do you deal with it?
|
|
Ask who is calling. If they refuse to give you a name, HANG UP!
You don't have to be polite to people who don't give you straight answers.
If they say they are a friend of your father or mother and begin to talk in a friendly manner how do you deal with this stranger?
Politely tell them that you are not allowed to talk to strangers on the phone and ask if they want to speak with your parent.
If they don't give you a straight answer and continue to talk to you, HANG UP!
| REMEMBER: Strangers on the phone are still strangers. |
