Honey Pumpkin Pie

1 1/2 cup pumpkin
3/4 or 1 cup honey (one cup makes a very rich pie!)
1 tea cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream or 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Bake in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes, or until a clean knife inserted in middle of pie comes out clean.

Serve with honey drizzled whipped cream
